Procure Personnel is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to support daily staffing operations at a leading manufacturing facility in Freeland, PA:
- $18.00 Per Hour.
- Day Shift Schedule.

What You'll Do:
- Track employee attendance and work hours.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Communicate with employees and management daily.
- Adjust schedules to meet production needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Serve as the liaison between employees and client management.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Administrative or supervisory experience.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
